The information in this literature is available to you as well on Indiums website.҂ It contains the most popular as well as the unusually-requested solders along with many of their physical properties. Over 200 solder alloys are listed (all of which could be used as a thermal interface material) and at a minimum, you will find the melting temperatures of these materials. For many of the materials, thermal, electrical, and physical properties of each alloy are also listed.
