The UK Publishes WEEE Rules

Folks,

The UK published its WEEE rules. Thanks to June Pinkham of Sea View Technologies for alerting me to this.

Remember that each country in the EU is responsible for its own WEEE scheme, it will be different in the other 29 or so countries.
