Last week I was asked “Is this flux green?” – regarding one of our leading ball attach fluxes.
My first reaction was – “no, it’s red!” (That particular flux does have a red dye in it.) Instead I politely asked if he was referring to the color or to the flux’s environmental impact. It turns out that he was concerned with RoHS classification.
Even though our fluxes are clear, yellow, amber, and red – they are also green…
