Indium Will Support Your Advanced Thermal Materials manufactured in India

Happenings in India:

I heard of some extreme micropackaging operations happening in India where solder bumps were being placed on a package.  The pad diameters were only 100 microns in diameter.  I cannot even fathom such small packaging.

Then, I met the president of a new start-up company making high end solar cells.

When I tie this into the fact that Indium recently added new members to our technical support team in India I begin to wonder:

Is India going to become the next advanced production location?

Are others of you doing production in India which requires advanced cooling solutions?

If you need local support on your advanced cooling needs or thermal interface materials, please give the word and I’ll be a matchmaker for a day!
