Thermal Interface Material Modeling

How can we be so sure our thermal interface materials will work for you? We model them of course! Our thermal lab includes the capability of testing an interface under conditions of varying temperature and pressure. Readings are taken right at the interface, demonstrating physically how the material should perform in an actual device. We believe that theoretical modeling using equations is valuable. Even more useful though is the ability to measure the heating layout of a material as it is actually running on a chip.

If our modeling techniques cannot suffice for testing in your actual application, let us know. We will do what we can to get our thermal interface materials into your hands.
