Dr. Ronald C. Lasky Ph.D., PE
Dr. Lasky is the founder and leader of Indium Corporation’s Executive Briefing Series.
He is a world-recognized expert in electronic and optoelectronic packaging. Dr. Lasky was recently awarded the SMTA Founder’s Award for his service to the SMTA and to the electronics assembly industry. In over twenty years in the industry, Ron has co-edited three textbooks on these topics. He has authored numerous technical papers in these and related fields, and has twelve patent publications. He is also the creator of ProfitPro™, a real-time cost-estimating software package for electronic assembly and other process-related software.
Dr. Lasky is a frequent speaker and lecturer at industry association meetings and universities. He holds four degrees, including a Ph.D. from Cornell University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
