Biography
Bob is a Process Engineer/Metallurgist for Indium Corporation, supporting Indium’s thermal management products line. He founded Indium Corporation’s Thermal Lab and developed the test methods for supporting Indium’s thermal products. He is co-inventor of the Heat-Spring™ technology and product development, authoring several papers and presentations on the subject.
Bob has both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Metallurgy from Columbia University. With extensive experience in the aerospace materials industry, he has applied knowledge and technology from this arena to electronics material processing. He lives in Clinton, NY.
