Biography
David is Indium Corporation’s Technical Manager in China. He supports customers using the company’s electronics assembly and semiconductor fabrication and packaging, solar photovoltaic, and thermal management products.
David joined Indium Corporation in 2004. He has authored and presented technical papers at various industry organizations, technical seminars, and customer sites. He is an SMTA-certification instructor, training future SMTA-certified engineers in China.
David has a bachelor’s degree in Material Science from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
