Biography
Paul is a Principal Engineer and the Indium Corporation's Americas Technical Manager. He has over 20 years experience in the solder-related industry. He holds a BS in chemistry and an AAS in Engineering Science. As our Principal Engineer, Paul trains new engineers and sales personnel in Indium products and how they are used in customer applications. Paul holds six US patents, five of which deal with solder and solder products. He developed Informs (reinforced solder preforms) and Integrated Preforms (linked solder preforms). He has written and published several articles relating to solder and soldering, and assists hundreds of companies each year via email, phone, and direct site visits.
