Indium Corporation

Mario is an Applications Engineer for the Indium Corporation, supporting all of Indium’s product lines, with emphasis on advanced SMT Process problem solving. He has been with Indium for over 7 years, with 3 years as a Quality Engineer. This troubleshooting experience has given him a depth-of-knowledge beyond the normal product training and has taught him to anticipate customer concerns. Mario is active in several industry organizations such as SMTA and American Chemical Society, and has presented his work internationally.

Mario has a Bachelors in Chemistry from Saint Anselm College, minors in Physics and Fine Art with the America Chemical Society’s Certificate for Professional Education. He is a SMTA Certified Process Engineer, and has earned Green and Brown Belts from Dartmouth College’s Thayer School of Engineering, and has just returned from a 6-month assignment based at Indium’s Asia Pacific Operations, supporting the engineering staff based in Singapore, India, Malaysia and China.

In his free time, Mario enjoys sport motorcycles, bicycling, Jeeping and camping. He and his wife, Carrie have just returned from their honeymoon in Jamaica.
