Joseph's primary focus is to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiencies for metals processing. He is also responsible for researching metals properties for new applications and for recommending commercialization procedures. Joseph has a Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pittsburg and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the National Chen-Kong University in Taiwan. He is trained in Six Sigma statistical analysis and has published several articles. Joseph resides in New Hartford, NY. Nitin is responsible for improving the product quality and manufacturing efficiencies of Germanium Corporation products. He is also responsible for expanding production capacities and assisting in the development of Gallium-based products. Nitin has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University and received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award for 2004 from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Syracuse University. Nitin lives in New York Mills, NY.
