Briggs is an SMTA-certified process engineer. He earned his associate’s degree in chemical technology from Mohawk Valley Community College, where he received the Douglas J. Bauer Award for Excellence in Chemistry, and earned his Six Sigma Green Belt from Dartmouth College.
