Linda Phinney

Indium Corporation Hires Human Resources Project Manager

Indium Corporation announces that Linda Phinney has been hired as human resources project manager. 

Phinney’s responsibilities include managing, planning, and coordinating human resources initiatives related to Indium Corporation’s growing workforce and community presence.   

Phinney has more than 25 years of experience in operations management, compliance, and client services. She previously worked as a project director at a Virginia financial institution where she coordinated the planning for integrating the operations of two merging banks into one institution with 15 branches. Phinney’s experience also includes successfully leading organizational change, business process management, system conversions, and enterprise risk management.

Phinney earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology and her associate degree in administration of justice from American University. She lives in Clinton, N.Y.
