Indium Corporation Promotes Brown, Usyk

Indium Corporation, Utica's Technology Company™, announces the promotion of Anita Brown to senior marketing communications manager and Gary Usyk to senior network administrator.

Brown joined Indium Corporation in 2004. She is responsible for overseeing Indium Corporation's global marcom activities and also for establishing many of the processes used to manage Indium's communication programs, such as exhibitions, literature creation, advertising, public relations, website management, social media, internal communications, and more. Additionally, Brown manages the Indium Corporation marcom staff and leads the selection and management of the numerous vendors that support Indium Corporation's programs.

Brown earned her bachelor's degree in business and public management and her MBA in technology management from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute. She also teaches a leadership course at Mohawk Valley Community College. Brown lives in Utica, NY. 

Usyk joined Indium Corporation in 2005 as a network administrator. He is responsible for the regular maintenance and troubleshooting of local and wide area computer networks. He performs analysis of network needs and contributes to the design of the network architecture, and the installation and integration of servers, storage, switches, and routers.

Usyk has advanced his skills through the demands to keep up with the ever-changing field of technology. He has earned certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. Usyk lives in New Hartford, NY.
