Bastow’s technical session, Flux Residue, will include a discussion on how understanding flux technology, and other factors that determine the electrical reliability of flux residues, is an important part of the assembly process.

He is an SMTA-certified process engineer and has earned his Six Sigma Green Belt from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH.
