Trace Laboratories Reliability Testing
The following links access reliability test results for Indium Corporation’s NC-SMQ 230 lead-free solder paste. Tests were conducted by Trace Laboratories-East and conform to IPC ANSI/J-STD-004 and Bellcore GR-78-CORE standards.
