SMQ® TACFlux® Family
TACFlux®, from Indium Corporation, is a family of high viscosity paste-fluxes designed for use in a variety of reflow soldering applications.
TACFlux® is effective for rework and repair, SMT component attachments (including BGAs), and virtually all applications where a flux is required. TACFlux®handles easily like a paste and performs reliably.
TACFlux® is easier to use than a liquid and safer in most applications. It has a relatively high flashpoint, is non-volatile and thixotropic.
There are several varieties of TACFlux® available. Different versions are available for no-clean, solvent clean and water wash applications. They all pass J-STD-004 testing.
