Solder Jetting Alloys
Indium Jet Pure® High-Purity Alloys for Solder Jetting Applications
Jet Pure alloys are high-purity solders that were developed for use in Solder Jetting applications. Solder Jetting equipment will very precisely and accurately deposit molten solder directly onto a substrate.
Jet Pure alloys are available with low radiation particle emission levels. These are useful in devices such as DRAMs where alpha particle radiation can produce "soft" or transitory errors.
