Account Coordinators
Indium Corporation Account Coordinators receive, coordinate, and expedite product orders. You can reach them via telephone, fax, and e-mail. To ensure all our current and prospective customers receive premier service, our Account Coordinators receive regular training on subjects such as: current product offerings, information system tools, logistics services, and customer or account specifics, as well as general sales and service techniques. As with all Indium Corporation employees, our Account Coordinators are recruited for their “can-do” attitude, in addition to their functional aptitude. Over 50% of our Account Coordinators have previous Indium Corporation experience, bringing administrative, financial, marketing, and production expertise to the service forefront, enabling us put over 125 years of Indium Corporation ingenuity to work for you.
Application Engineers
Indium Corporation Application Engineers provide technical product application assistance to our current and future customers. You can receive this support via telephone, fax, e-mail, customer site visits, as well as at technical symposia and trade shows. All Indium Corporation Application Engineers have technical degrees, years of process engineering experience, and a sincere affinity for technical issues.
Each receives on-going training in the latest surface mount process techniques, on electronic packaging developments, and on critical materials science technologies. Members of our team can be found delivering technical papers, attending seminars, enrolled in technology courses, and at any number of customer sites around the world.

Technical Support Engineers
Indium Corporation Technical Support Engineers bring years of SMT expertise, and hundreds of key personal contacts, to our customers’ manufacturing floors. Their mission is to optimize the performance of our customers’ manufacturing processes through proper and creative application of Indium Corporation’s material technologies. When new interconnect materials are required, Technical Support Engineers act as the liaison between Indium Corporation’s Research and Development laboratory, outside experts, and our customers. Technical Support Engineers approach our customer processes with a “can-do” attitude that focuses on increasing yields, reducing costs, and overcoming technical challenges.
