  • A good B2B Marcom team extends far beyond the people in your company. At INDIUM we are blessed with many, many interrelated partners who are indispensable to our efforts.

    Today we held a meeting here at INDIUM HQ with (from left to right) Chrissy Shields (Paige Group) our media buyer, myself, Adonis Mak (ACT International) Editor of SMT China Magazine, Anita Brown (INDIUM Marcom superstar), and Anny Zhang (INDIUM Marketing). This is a perfect example of how three companies work excellently together to everyone's mutual benefit. The great news is that, in addition to respecting and appreciating each other's professional contribution to the goal, we all truly enjoy each other's company. This group (in conjunction with a small army of other teammates) has broken down barriers, created and produced novel projects, earned awards, met goals, and shared a lot of laughs. I've been fortunate to be able to watch these professionals work their magic.

    It is critical to cultivate relationships of this nature if your B2B Marcom is to thrive.

    Conversely, if you are in relationships with suppliers, and you just don't feel the magic, you owe it to yourself to seek a replacement. The chemistry has to be just right if you want to stand above the competition.
