Nicole is responsible for overseeing the activities of Indium Corporation’s Inside Sales and Sales Administration functions, including ensuring adequate staffing, maintaining functional policies and procedures, reporting, auditing, compliance, and quality management. She identifies high-value improvements to Inside Sales and Sales Administration processes while supporting and driving projects to successful completion.

Nicole first joined Indium Corporation in 2008 as an Account Specialist and moved up to the position of Senior Sales Support Specialist in 2016. More recently, she held the role of Inside Sales Supervisor, serving as a mentor within the team while selecting, training, and supervising account specialists.

Nicole is a graduate of T. R. Proctor High School and the Dale Carnegie Leadership Skills for Success program.
