Indium Corporation's Dr. Lasky to Present at Central Texas Electronics Expo & Tech Forum

Indium Corporation's Senior Technologist, Ronald C. Lasky, Ph.D. PE, is presenting at the Austin Expo and Technical Forum, sponsored by the Central Texas Electronics Association, October 7, 2010, at the Norris Conference Center in Austin, Texas USA. The Central Texas Electronics Association is affiliated with both the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA) and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS).

Dr. Lasky's presentation is entitled: Establishing a High-Yield, Pb-free Process, including Ultra Fine Pitch Printing for Passives and CSPs.

Dr. Lasky, holder of the prestigious SMTA Founder's Award, is a world-renown process expert and an Instructional Professor at Dartmouth College. He has over 25 years of experience in electronics and optoelectronic packaging and assembly. He has authored or edited five books and numerous technical papers and holds several patent disclosures.
