Indium Corporation Hires Jim McCoy as Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Indium Corporation announces that Jim McCoy has been hired as talent acquisition coordinator. This is a new position that emphasizes Indium Corporation’s commitment to hiring the best talent for its six USA facilities in Utica, Clinton, and Rome, N.Y., and Chicago, Ill.

McCoy is responsible for developing, managing, and administering all talent acquisition strategies, programs, policies, and procedures for the Americas. A particular area of focus will be the coordination of all science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) outreach programs.

McCoy has experience as a corporate recruiter for several companies, including New Penn Financial, General Healthcare Resources, and The Fortus Group.

McCoy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western New England University. He resides in New Hartford, N.Y.
