Indium Corporation and KYZEN Experts to Host Cleaning No-Cleans Webinar

July 21, 2020

Indium Corporation’s Brian O’Leary, Global Accounts Manager, will partner with KYZEN’s Debbie Carboni, Global Product Line Manager, Electronics, to present an InSIDER Series webinar on cleaning no-cleans. There will be two sessions of the webinar—Tuesday, August 4 at 11 a.m. Eastern Time (4 p.m. British Time/11 p.m. Malaysia Time) and Wednesday, August 5 at 5:30 a.m. Eastern Time (10 a.m. British Time/5:30 p.m. Malaysia Time).

There are many reasons why the electronics assembly industry uses no-clean solder paste; however, there are equally important reasons why a no-clean solder paste may require additional cleaning. In their webinar Cleaning No-Cleans—It Doesn’t Have to be a Dirty Job, O’Leary and Carboni will discuss easy-to-follow steps to determine when and how to clean assemblies without sacrificing end-product performance.

Indium Corporation’s InSIDER Series is a free program designed to deliver expert technical content, share industry knowledge, and promote professional growth using a virtual platform. Current and future webinars can be found at www.indium.com/webinar.

He also co-authored two books on thermal profiling called Profiling Guide for Profitability and Profiling Guide for Six Sigma.

Carboni has more than 25 years of experience in the electronics industry, including more than 10 years at KYZEN, providing a diverse background that gives her a deep knowledge of cleaning equipment and processes. Carboni has held a number of roles and voluntary positions in many of the industry’s leading associations, including active participation in the SMTA Philadelphia Chapter on various committees, as Vice President and eventually Chapter President, and the SMTA Board of Directors as the Vice President of Expo.
