Indium Corporation Hires Supplier Quality Engineer

Indium Corporation, Utica's Technology Company™, has hired Marlene Natale as a Supplier Quality Engineer.
Natale will be responsible for quality assurance leadership in strategic procurement and the selection and management of suppliers, including conducting supplier risk assessments and performance evaluations. Her efforts will focus on several processes with the goal of supporting ISO/TS16949 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems certifications. This includes reducing supplier-driven process variations using designed experiments and statistical data analysis methods.
Natale has more than 30 years of experience working in quality control. Her previous experience includes working with suppliers to improve product performance, implementing process controls, and developing quality plans.
Natale earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from Clarkson University, and an associate's degree in engineering science from Mohawk Valley Community College. She lives in Chadwicks, N.Y.
