Technical Support Engineer

As a technical support engineer, Liam provides customers with technical assistance to resolve solder process-related issues. This includes assisting customers with optimizing their use of Indium Corporation’s solder materials, and providing product and process training. ​

Liam is a 2022 graduate of Indium Corporation’s award-winning internship program during which time he supported the development of thermal products. He previously worked as a Research Assistant at Albany Medical College. Evans earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
