High quality ribbon products manufactured by Indium Corporation are available in many standard alloys and sizes, or they can be custom made to your unique material and dimensional requirements.
Ribbon is supplied in continuous lengths and is packaged on spools.
Dimensions
Whether you are looking for large quantities of ribbon in specific widths and thicknesses for automatic die bonding or a few feet to do testing, Indium corporation can accommodate your needs.
Our extensive slitter library allows us to manufacture widths as small as .020" (~.5 mm) and up to 3" (~76 mm). Thicknesses range from .001" (~.025 mm) up to as thick as your application requires. All dimensions are dependent on the properties of the metals involved.

Packaging
Specify your packaging needs and we will work with you to achieve them, such as spools designed for specific machinery. Or we can recommend standard packaging options for each alloy and size.
Delivery
Short lead times enable you to get your order in time to meet your production schedule. All orders can be shipped with a Certificate of Conformance and a Certificate of Analysis at customer request. Material Safety Data Sheets are always available on any of our alloys.

Whether you require pure metal such as indium, tin, gold, lead, etc. or an alloy, we can accommodate your needs. There are over 200 standard pure metals and alloys available, or we can design an alloy just for you. Our standard alloy list includes a large selection of lead-free alloys.
