Our internship program aims to provide valuable real-world experience while fostering connections with professionals and like-minded peers. Please note that applications for this year’s internship are now closed. We encourage you to return in October 2025 for details on our Summer 2026 program.

Quality Improvement Tools
Created dashboard to aide in root cause analysis evaluation of non-conforming materials.
Liquid Thermal Shock Testing
Compared and contrasted results after testing numerous solder pastes with Thermal Shock testing.
Human Resources Onboarding
Streamlined pre-employment onboarding process for all new employees and the Human Resources Recruitment Team.
Chemical Safety Evaluation
Reviewed the European Union Community Rolling Action Plan (CoRAP) list for evaluation of future chemical needs.
Internship Program Branding
Created consistent branding guidelines to promote Indium Corporation’s Internship Program. From introductory internal announcements for fellow interns to revamping the internship blog and compiling intern testimonials, this project helped solidify our Internship Program branding.
Business Analytics
Built a new system that drastically reduced the priority scheduling system for products at one of our manufacturing sites.
Equipment Efficiency Testing
Ran testing on new equipment to determine how to best utilize it within the manufacturing process, while working closely with the manufacturing team to demonstrate that time could be saved.
