LEDs are near and dear to Indium Corporation, since we provide indium trichloride and gallium trichloride for LED production. These 2 materials are used to produce TMI (tri-methyl indium) and TMG (tri-methyl gallium), respectively. The TMI and TMG materials are then used in CVD processes to deposit the elements.
