Student Outreach

Our partners include local schools, colleges, universities, and community organizations dedicated to economic and workforce development. We proudly serve as a leading employer partner for Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) programs, the First Lego League, and National Manufacturing Day events.

Indium People Care is more than just a slogan—it’s a core component of who we are. Our employees are dedicated to mentoring students as they explore diverse paths to their dreams. These students aren’t just the children of our friends and neighbors; they are the architects of our future.

Co-Op Program

Cooperative experiences gives students the chance to gain valuable industry experience while continuing their education. Indium Corporation hires dozens of co-op students each year to work on research projects, fostering both technical and soft skills.
