Epoxy Flux: Storage and Handling

Category:
  • Epoxy Flux

  • Storage and handling of epoxy flux is slightly different from a conventional TACFlux or PoP flux. One of the biggest differences is the cold storage. Epoxy flux should be stored in freezers with temperatures less than or equal to -15ºC.

For further information on how to properly store and handle Epoxy Flux, please download the Procedures for Handling Epoxy Flux Application Note.
