Biografia
Csaba Várkonyi joined Indium Corporation in 2022 and serves as Area Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, where he focuses on maintaining and growing customer relationships and expanding business for the company’s solder paste, solder wire, engineered solder materials, and thermal management materials. Based in Hungary, his territory includes Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Hungary, Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Ukraine, working with large original equipment manufacturers, contract electronics manufacturers, and Indium Corporation sales channel partners and distributors.
Várkonyi brings broad sales and business development experience across multiple industries, including automotive, textiles, medical, filtration, personal protection, cable, and electrical components. His expertise includes customer relationship management, sales strategy, market analysis, and business development, with a track record of acquiring new customers, expanding business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from Budapest Tech and a bachelor’s degree in economics from István Széchenyi University.
Várkonyi and his wife have two children. He enjoys painting, reading, traveling, and watching American football.
