Indium Corporation was presented with the Business Leadership Award at the New York Association of Training & Employment Professional’s (NYATEP) 2016 Statewide Workforce Awards Ceremony on Oct. 26 in Albany, NY.
Indium Corporation was recognized for outstanding workforce development advocacy demonstrated through its intern program leadership. Each year, Indium Corporation hosts a highly-competitive 10-week paid internship for college students.
“Indium Corporation’s internship program is unique because we make our interns contributing members on our full-time internal teams,” said Dawn Roller, Director – HQ Services. “The talented students that we hire leave the program often having completed critical projects and having gained valuable real-world industry experience.”
