IndiSul®is a high-purity, grayish-white powder with a monoclinic prism structure that provides excellent solubility and stability in various conditions. It is available both as an anhydrous powder and a hydrated salt with 9 moles of water to address different industrial needs. IndiSul® can also be supplied as a solution with concentrations tailored to your specific requirements.

Caratteristiche
Breakthrough Process
Philco, an electronics manufacturer, utilized indium sulfate in a process that etched and electroplated metallic indium onto thin N-type germanium strips. This technique was instrumental in creating the emitter and collector electrodes of the world’s first high-frequency junction transistor, which achieved frequencies up to 60 MHz.
