Job Responsibilities
- Develop sales in the assigned region while working with the agreed target and focus accounts, for both the semiconductor and PCBA industries.
- Responsible for sales revenue forecast to ensure accomplishment; target oriented.
- Act as the business manager for assigned accounts, which will involve account management, sales management, ensuring technical service, and process support.
- Manage customer satisfaction by being responsive and ensuring relevant colleagues and departments provide and address technical issues/requirements.
- Understand customer needs, including business development for new materials and new applications.
- Distributor development, training, and management in assigned region.
- Establishes and cultivates an extensive network of support (R&D laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments.
- Active participation in project planning.
- Assist in planning regional business and marketing goals.
- Establish network across industries.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Knowledge in the semiconductor market. Preferably in the reflow, printing, and dispensing process.
- Knowledge in power devices, BGA, SIP, and WLCSP packages.
- Knowledge in semiconductor material selling procedure and qualification.
- High self-motivation, able to function well in a team. Ability to deliver technical results from set objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of statistics and proper design of experiments is highly preferred.
- Must possess the zeal for customer service. Ability to develop strong relationships with engineers and use technical value proposition to influence customer behavior.
- Ability to be integrated well in the company structure.
- Expected to conduct business professionally, ethically, and honestly.
- Written/oral communication skills are necessary. Good command of spoken and written English.
- Independent self-starter and ability to travel within region.
