This month’s nanotechnology post is a video regarding an amazing natural nanotechnology – spider silk. This video is a little bit science, and a little artsy. The silk that makes up a spider web has some incredible tensile and elastic characteristic. Scientists have figured out how to produce spider silk in some ways that I don’t necessarily approve of, but I still find this (otherwise) organic technology amazing. Enjoy!
