Student Outreach

Indium Corporation believes local communities foster the talent we need to continue to be successful. We enthusiastically collaborate with local schools and participate in numerous programs to inspire students and help them navigate the possibilities of their future employment.

Introduction

Our partners include local educational institutions such as area schools, colleges and universities, and community organizations chartered with economic and workforce development. We have been a premier employer partner for many BOCES SABA and PTECH, First Lego League, and National Manufacturing Day events.

Indium People Care is more than a slogan. It embodies our way of life at Indium Corporation. Our employees enjoy helping students explore various pathways to achieve their dreams because students are not only our children and our friend's or neighbor's children; students are our future.

Our employees, at all levels of the organization, are proud and excited to engage with students through a variety of programming including:

  • Teacher tours
  • Student assemblies
  • Classroom talks
  • Career days
  • Science fair judges

In addition, the Indium Corporation Macartney Family Foundation, our philanthropic 501(c )(3) organization is focused on supporting the community's primary needs including education; and has provided financial support for many causes. At Indium Corporation, we believe building great communities and fostering a talented workforce is what makes our community unique and why we are stronger together.
