Folks,
Many of us are so busy focusing on WEEE/RoHS in Europe, that we forget that China has a WEEE/RoHS program of its own. While clearly modeled after the EU's, the text is different.
"China RoHS" just adds to my belief that the whole world is going in the same direction Re lead-free, RoHS and WEEE recycling. Those that don't react will have problems first in the EU and then, one by one, other countries.
I have a special concern for companies like that in my June 16, 2005 posting, that believe they are exempt, but are likely on shaky ground. Gasp!, what if they are wrong?
