About 60 people showed up for Session #6 during the IWLPC. Christo Bojkov chaired the session consisting of presentations by MicroFab Tech., Indium Corp., FlipChip International, and EV Group. Everything went smoothly and stuck to the schedule. The interest and questions were good, and people came with questions later in the conference. Overall this was a success that was quickly followed up with plans of a second DOE consisting of the latest equipment, software, and materials. Look forward to another presentation picking up where this left off.
