The tutorial, Soldering Technology for SMT: Achieving High Yields and Reliability, offers a detailed discussion of soldering materials, components, and PCBs to help you gain an understanding of the important aspects of each in the production of a complete electronics product that meets current and future legislative restrictions. I’ll also provide details on process optimization and defect elimination in the assembly process.
