- Does it change color?
- What does it eat?
- Is it alive?
You must also ask the proper questions regarding halogen-free ball attach fluxes and flip-chip fluxes.
- How is it tested?
- What is the ppm level of Br, Cl, F?
- Does the material pass per j-std-709?
