Dawn oversees Indium Corporation’s Human Resources department, ensuring that the company remains in full compliance with all requirements and continues to be an employer-of-choice.

Dawn joined Indium Corporation in 1986 and has served in many capacities, including office management, sales administration, customer service, transportation and logistics, international business, trade compliance, information technology, and now human resources.

Dawn has been instrumental in many significant advancements for Indium Corporation throughout her career, including the early development of international sales regions, the startup of several global facilities, and the selection and implementation of various business systems in use today. Dawn introduced and led Indium Corporation’s initial STEM outreach program, as well as some of the company’s earliest recruitment and retainment efforts, including job postings and career fairs; the employee referral program; the company’s award-winning college internship program; and the New York State-registered apprenticeship program.  

Dawn participated in LeadFORWARD, a year-long leadership development program, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for BOCES School-to-Business Alliance (SABA), and the advisory board for Reimagine St. Luke’s. In February 2022, Dawn was recognized by the YWCA of the Mohawk Valley in their 33rd Salute to Outstanding Women, which recognizes eight individuals for making an impact on their industry and local community. Dawn was recognized in the STEAM category for her many contributions to Indium Corporation, the manufacturing industry, and the greater Mohawk Valley. In 2024, Dawn was recognized at the 6th Annual Women of Distinction Awards which honors local women making a positive difference in their communities.
