Job Responsibilities  

• Responsible for new products scale up, communicating with related function team to phase in TEO/testing/improvement, till new products mass production successfully.
• Responsible for new manufacturing process study and developing.
• Responsible for new material or second source verification, specification definition, familiar with testing instruments/method, work out the verification plan & report.
• Manufacturing process/workflow optimization to improve quality and efficiency, especially to use lean tools to eliminate waste, simplify process, promote automation and machine intelligentized.
• Use QC tools or 6 Sigma to analyze defect/CCR, troubleshooting, phase in improvement actions to maintain a stable production.
• Responsible for process documents definition, such as work instructions, FMEA, control plan, material purchasing spec etc.
• Give related employees training if necessary.
• Finish other tasks that assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above degree.
• English CET-4 or above degree, fluent in written and spoken English.
• At least 2 years working experience in SMT/Semiconductor/EMS
• Have automation/smart production/Lean 6 sigma experience.
• Modest and diligent, open-minded, accountable
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as PPT, and excel.
