What does it take to pursue a technical field? This was a question I wondered when I first stepped foot on my college campus. As I observed the students at my school, I noticed the ratio of males to females in the technical programs varied. After I made that observation, I wanted to find out more about the experience women have in technical programs. I finally had the opportunity to dig deeper as I interviewed four women in engineering programs.
