QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Customer contract review.
- Handling customer complaints, including investigation and analysis.
- PCN management.
- Respond to customer investigation forms.
- Customer document management.
- Quality system document improvement.
- Support customer audits and follow up on the improvements in the audit report.
- Other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements
- University degree or above in science or engineering.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in quality
- English skill is CET-4
- Have ISO9001 internal auditor qualification certificate, IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certificate is preferred.
- Be familiar with quality system and VDA 6.3 & VDA 6.5.
- Be familiar with 8D, SPC, APQP, and quality tools.
- Work actively and love QA work.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
