Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of new product processes, technical specifications, product control plans, and PFMEA; organizing and coordinating quality, R&D, and other teams to identify process control requirements, risks, etc., and develop corresponding measures.
Be responsible for BOM setup in Styeline/CIS9, maintain and update the process routing, work instructions and specifications.
Participate in new equipment selection, specification development, and be responsible for the process acceptance and trial run for the equipment.
Be responsible for product trial run and operator skill training.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above in electronics or mechanical engineering.
Min. 3 years process experience in new process development.
Familiar with ERP systems and able to create BOM in the system.
Diligent, meticulous, and patient in work.
Possess a strong sense of responsibility, an innovative mindset, and strong team spirit.
Proficient at reading and writing in English.
Good computer MS skills.
