Indium Corporation Announces Job Fair to Fill Immediate Openings

Indium Corporation will conduct a job fair on August 1 at the Burrstone Inn, 1777 Burrstone Road in New Hartford, from 11 a.m. 7 p.m. On-site offers will be made to qualified candidates along with a $200 sign-on bonus, subject to terms.

Most open positions are for Production Operators at the companys Business Park Drive facility; additionally, there will be openings for other roles at locations across Central New York. Bosnian, Karen, and Spanish interpreters will be available at the job fair to provide assistance to prospective employees.

Production Operator responsibilities can vary but generally include operating equipment, or performing duties to process, mix, form, assemble, and package raw metals, form metal parts, or inorganic compounds into finished products for distribution to customers globally. Work is largely directed and performed under close or general supervision.
