Adam Murling is the Technical Services Manager for the USA at Indium Corporation, where he leads the Americas Technical Service team. He is responsible for hiring, developing, and coaching engineers while ensuring the team delivers high-level technical support and project execution for customers across the region.
With a background in PCB assembly and years of hands-on applications experience, Adam focuses on translating complex process challenges into practical, scalable solutions. He is particularly passionate about technical training and knowledge transfer, helping both internal teams and customers build capability that drives measurable performance improvements.
