Indium Corporation, Utica's Technology Company™, announces the addition of two new employees, Diane Davis and Ryan Critelli, to the company's sales team in Clinton, N.Y.
Davis has joined Indium Corporation as an account specialist. She works with customers throughout the southeastern United States to maintain and grow existing customer relationships. She also works closely with the regional sales manager and technical support engineer to locate new business opportunities.
Critelli has joined Indium Corporation as a sales coordinator. He provides support to the sales team to develop customer relationships, which includes assisting with sales forecasting, addressing customer communications, and coordinating orders.
Davis has more than 15 years of experience providing customer support and service. She earned her bachelor's degree in business from SUNY Plattsburgh and currently lives in Sherrill, N.Y.
Critelli earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice/criminal investigation at Western New England University. He currently lives in Sauquoit, N.Y.
