Indium Corporation, Utica’s Technology Company®, announces the promotions of Theresa Schachtler to Supervisor of Sales Administration and Lisa Clark to Inside Sales Supervisor.
Schachtler works with sales and product managers to optimize business systems, including developments for improved quality, tracking, and customer service. Her responsibilities also include managing the tracking of surveys and inquiries, handling sales rep contracts, and interfacing with sales functions.
Clark is responsible for working with the regional sales teams to support the company’s sales goals and strategies. Her work includes coordinating closely with inside sales supervisors worldwide for an improved flow of information, ensuring the speed and accuracy of quotes, and driving error rate reduction efforts.
Schachtler lives in Utica, NY, and joined Indium Corporation in 1993. During her time with Indium Corporation, Schachtler has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer service. She has held various positions within the sales department, most recently as Supervisor of Inside Sales and Indirect Sales Channel Partners. Schachtler earned her bachelor’s degree in professional studies, business/public management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
Clark lives in New Hartford, NY, and joined Indium Corporation in 2005. She has excelled in the onboarding and training of new inside sales team members, and driven the automation of key order entry programs to improve process flow and reduce errors. She has served as Account Specialist and Inside Sales Team Leader. Clark earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY, and also completed Dale Carnegie Leadership Training.
